A Taste of the South... further down than you think

In a couple weeks I'm taking a trip down to the Caribbean for vacation and for a little taste of Caribbean culture. I want to know more about their lifestyle, their music, art, language, and history. Okay, you got me. All I really want to learn about is their food! Where I'm going, the people eat a lot of coconut, turtle, and conch. Seafood is its own food group down there! I'm excited to know about how these traditional foods are prepared and served. Also, every food has a back story, whether it's the square patties at Wendy's or the potato pizza at Serious Pie. I'm so excited!
